Kevin A. Dennis, Jr., PhD

Managing Director and Executive Trainer

Dr. Kevin A. Dennis, Jr. & Dynamic TraCES LLC has more than 20 years of leadership experience and is a Certified John Maxwell Team Coach, Trainer, and Speaker. Kevin is an U.S. Army veteran of 20 years and has a passion for analyzing training needs, creating learning solutions, and delivering engaging presentations to enhance leaders’ influence and help organizations achieve optimal performance.

Kevin offers diverse training or learning experiences to aid in personal and professional growth, as well as help organizations achieve critical outcomes.

Kevin believes in having a positive mindset and enjoys delivering presentations, talks, and workshops on resilience to improve stress management and positivity.

He still lives by the Warrior Ethos and realize they are relatable in today’s environment and can be incorporated by anyone: I will always place the mission first; I will never accept defeat; I will never quit; and I will never leave a fallen comrade.

Strategic planning is one of Kevin’s core strengths and he uses strategic planning to accomplish critical outcomes.

Leadership is one of Kevin’s defining strengths. He finds it vital to inspire people to achieve goals.

Kevin employs analytical thinking to make informed decisions to achieve desired outcomes.

Kevin has a PhD in Management with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Change and a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from Walden University. He also has Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Maryland University College – Global.
